CNH Service Technician Program

Technical/academic education at Parkland College plus on-the-job experience at a Birkey’s location. Case New Holland (CNH) Service Technician training at Parkland leads you to an Associate in Applied Science degree with a major in Industrial and Farm Equipment Technology in just two years.

Scholarship details

The objective of the CNH Service Technician program is to provide scholarships to students who are enrolling in the diesel technician program at Parkland College in Champaign, IL that would prepare him/her for a career at Birkey's.

The scholarships are awarded in the amount of $500.00 per semester to be paid for the first year of studies and $1,000 per semester to be paid for the second year of studies. The awards are presented based on scholastic ability, community involvement, and extra curricular activities.

2-Year Scholarships

The objective of the Birkey's Scholarship Internship program is to provide scholarships to students who are enrolled in a diesel technician program that would prepare him/her for a career at Birkey's.

The scholarships are awarded in the amount of $500.00 per semester to be paid for your first and second year. The awards are presented based on scholastic ability, community involvement, and extra curricular activities.

4-Year Scholarships

The objective of the Birkey's Scholarship Internship program is to provide scholarships to college level students who are enrolled in a curriculum that would prepare him/her for a career at Birkey's.

The scholarships are awarded in the amount of $500.00 per semester to be paid for your Junior and Senior years. The awards are presented based on scholastic ability, community involvement, and extra curricular activities.

These scholarships give equal weight to each of six qualifications:

With six areas of focus, this scholarship seeks to identify a diverse group of candidates from which to choose an exemplary student. A student who works his or her way through school and has average grades can score as well as a student who was not employed but was an academic star. Similarly a student who is active in his or her community can score as well as a student who is active in extra-curricular activities.
