Birkey’s Farm Store, Inc. to Acquire Selby Implement Co.

CHAMPAIGN, IL — Birkey’s Farm Store, Inc., a full-line Case IH and Case Construction dealer, today announced it has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire the dealership stock of Selby Implement Co. The acquisition includes full-line Case IH agriculture and power sports dealership located in Quincy, IL, and power sports dealership in Hannibal, MO. The acquisition is expected to close on July 31, 2023.

Mike Hedge, Birkey’s Chief Executive Officer, stated, “This is a great opportunity for Birkey’s to expand our dealership operations into the contiguous territory west of our existing footprint. We look forward to developing relationships and serving the needs of customers in the Selby Implement territory with the same high level of service that our customers have come to expect from us over the last 69 years.”
